# Homologar plan de cuentas

## Uwigo permite realizar la carga de tu propio plan de cuentas.

Se entiende como "Homologar" el Plan de Cuentas,  reemplazar el Plan de Cuentas estándar que trae Uwigo, por el que usa el Cliente respetando su estructura. Este proceso solo se puede realizar una sola vez en la vida "productiva" de la Empresa y no deben existir movimientos contables registrados en el sistema para poder realizar el proceso.

1- Al momento de crear la empresa en Uwigo, el sistema permite seleccionar la opción Homologar cuentas.

2- Cuando la empresa este creada, el sistema mostrará al usuario, al momento de ingresar, un mensaje indicando "¡ Homologación Pendiente!". El usuario podrá descargar de inmediato el archivo de carga, completarlo y luego realizar el proceso de homologar o cargar el Plan de Cuentas.

Una vez descargado el archivo, este se podra revisar desde las descargas de tu pc

Para realizar la correcta carga de la información se debe completar el archivo descargado 

- En la hoja "Plan de cuenta UWIGO" usted deberá reemplazar sus cuentas contables, con la estructura del plan de cuentas. Estas deben tener sus agrupaciones de Activos, Pasivos, Gasto, Ingreso, Orden Debe y Orden Haber. Dicho plan, tiene una estructura valores según sus títulos, por ejemplo:
  
  10.00.00 ACTIVO = Título  
  11.00.00 ACTIVO CIRCULANTE = Subtítulo I  
  11.01.000 DISPONIBLES = Subtítulos II. Esta parte de la escructura da inicio al detalles de cuentas contables.  
  11.01.001 Caja  
  11.01.002 Banco  
  11.02.000 DOCUMENTOS POR COBRAR = Subtítulos II  
  11.02.001 Cheques en Cartera  
  11.02.002 Letras en Cartera  
  12.00.000 ACTIVOS FIJOS  
  12.01.000 TERRENOS  
  12.01.001 Terreno

- LAS SIGUIENTES CUENTAS SON REQUERIDAS Y SE DEBE CONSIDERAR EN EL PLAN DE CUENTA PARA UN CORRECTO FUNCIONAMIENTO DE UWIGO:

  | Pasivo - Obligaciones Leasing L/P |
  | Ingreso - Venta de Servicios |

  | Gasto - IVA No Recuperable |
  | Gasto - Diferencia de Cambio |
  | Gasto - Gasto en Personal |

Para una correcta carga del plan de cuentas se deben completar todos los pasos que se indican

Paso 2: Configurar el plan de cuentas, Cuentas Título y Cuentas imputables.

Paso 3: Configurar los parámetros contables

Paso 6: Configurar los parámetros, Nomina

Paso 7 : Definir las cuentas para su Estado Financiero.

Por ultimo de clic en aceptar y se cargara su plan de cuentas.
