[Contables](https://soporte.uwigo.com/ayuda/configuraciones?hsLang=es-mx#contables) # Contables - Definición de Libros ## Describe cómo agregar campos a los libros contables. **Visión General:** Uwigo permite configurar los libros contables para agregar o quitar campos, como por ejemplo el Impuesto Diesel, en la visualización de cada libro en PDF o Excel. 1\. Una vez seleccionada la empresa presione **Configuraciones** del menú principal, luego haga clic en **Definición de Libros** de la sección Contables. ![](https://soporte.uwigo.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/downloads.intercomcdn.comio541981546e8ed799ae053e6ab24cd3b7fimage.png) 2\. Luego podrá ver el listado de los libros contables, donde cada uno de ellos los puede editar en **Opciones** para agregar o quitar campos en la visualización ya sea en PDF o Excel. ![](https://soporte.uwigo.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/downloads.intercomcdn.comio541989030b2b29aa566bec0426f0a6dd0image.png) **Ejemplo:** Agregaremos el campo **Total\_Impto\_Adic**. en el Libro de Compras que es para visualizar el valor del Impuesto Diesel, cada vez que agregamos un campo, viene predeterminado el **Nombre** con el mismo del **Campo Documento**. ![](https://soporte.uwigo.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/downloads.intercomcdn.comio542000456b143945f08d8f8e00efeea0dimage.png) El **Nombre** si gusta lo puede cambiar a Impto.
