[Contabilidad](https://soporte.uwigo.com/ayuda/preguntas-frecuentes?hsLang=es-mx#contabilidad) # ¿Cómo hago el cierre contable de una Empresa? ## Describe cómo realizar un cierre contable **Ruta:** CONTABILIDAD \> PROCESO CIERRE \> PROCESO **Visión General:** Uwigo permite cerrar el módulo de contabilidad una vez procesado todas las operaciones del mes y contando siempre con la apertura inicial de sus actividades. También podrá procesar el cierre contable sin movimientos durante un periodo determinado, pero siempre deben contar con su apertura contable inicial. Al realizar el proceso del cierre contable el sistema valida que no exista ningún documento pendiente por centralizar o contabilizar. 1\. Una vez seleccionada la empresa presione la opción “**Contabilidad**” del menú principal, y luego haga clic en la opción “**Proceso Cierre**”. ![](https://soporte.uwigo.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/downloads.intercomcdn.comio5528888617712e00feeb39478090a176bimage.png) 2\.
