[Compra y Venta](https://soporte.uwigo.com/ayuda/configuraciones?hsLang=es-mx#compra-y-venta) # ¿Cómo crear grupos para documentos de compra y venta? ## Describe Grupos de Documentos de UWIGO **Ruta**: CONFIGURACIÓN \> GRUPO DOCUMENTO \> LISTA **Visión general:** UWIGO incluye en el estándar del sistema los GRUPOS de documentos aprobados por el SII del tipo Manual o Electrónico y de los tipos Compra, Venta o Boletas - UWIGO, adicionalmente, permite al usuario crear nuevos grupos de acuerdo a la necesidad particular 1\. Una vez seleccionada la Empresa presione la opción “**Configuración**” del menú principal, luego haga clic en la opción “**Grupo Documentos**” ![](https://soporte.uwigo.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/downloads.intercomcdn.comio547058013a43006ad0fae939b7bdaf51bimage.png) 2\. Complete los datos que solicita el sistema, como indicar si el nuevo grupo es del tipo "**Tributario**", si hace clic en esta opción, el sistema le solicitara indicar el "**Tipo de Documento**" si corresponde a un Grupo Electrónico o Manual En caso de No corresponder a un grupo del tipo "**Tributario**" el sistema no solicitara información relacionada con el SII  ![](https://soporte.uwigo.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/downloads.intercomcdn.comio1625793700461da21b1a9f22e9a004653image-1.png) 4\. Luego deben parametrizar los datos de "Aviso folio", "Asigna folio", "Asocia libro", "Valor Bruto", "Nota Crédito" y la "Sigla" del documento ![](https://soporte.uwigo.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/downloads.intercomcdn.comio1625815121ca57a44cb64c1415683a6b9image-1.png)   ### **Donde**: **Aviso de folio**: corresponde a la cantidad de documentos  pendientes de emitir y que se envía un aviso al usuario indicando que están por terminar **Asigna folio**: indica que el grupo utiliza folios para la emisión de documentos asociados al grupo **Valor Bruto**: solo se habilita esta opción para la emisión de Boletas **Notas de Crédito**: se indica si el grupo corresponde a Notas de Crédito 7\.
